Our process
We begin by trying to understand the requirements of the project and the desired outcome.
After an initial conversation over the phone, we will arrange an appointment with you to discuss the project in more detail. At this stage, we work with you to establish timescales, budgets and finishes.
Samples can also be brought to your property to help visualise how the designs will look in context and ensure a wide range of colour and texture combinations have been explored.
Our skilled team will then ensure the installation and clean up process is completed on time in a friendly, professional way.
After completion, we will follow up with a phone call to make sure your new flooring meets your expecations.
During the pandemic, all our staff will also observe the latest government guidance on social distancing to ensure work is carried out safely.

Having taken over at Rosewood Group from his father over 10 years ago, Kirpa developed his craft learning on the job.
With a degree in interior design, he is well equipped with the skills and knowledge to complete projects to a high standard and he bridges the gap between all things flooring,
construction and design.
